What's the difference between Ink and Folio?: Ink lifts the daily allowance and lets you run up to three courses and word lists. Folio raises the allowance further, makes courses, word lists and stories unlimited, and adds writing feedback and full insights.
Can I cancel?: Anytime, from your billing settings. Your access stays until the end of the period you've paid for.
Is there a refund?: Yes. Within 14 days of a charge, no questions asked.
Do prices include tax?: Yes — the price you see is the price you pay. Polar is our seller of record and handles VAT for your country at checkout.
What counts as an AI interaction?: One generated reply, correction, or exercise. Reviewing words, looking them up, and reading never count.
How can I pay?: Card and other local payment methods, depending on your country. All of it handled securely by Polar.
