What's the difference between Ink and Folio?
Both raise every limit Free has: stories, conversations, checked texts, AI exercises, messages to the assistant, courses and word lists. Folio raises them furthest and adds conversations out loud. You can check every figure in the full comparison on this page.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your billing settings. Your access stays until the end of the period you've paid for.
Is there a refund?
Yes. You can withdraw within 14 days of buying a plan and get the full price back, without giving a reason. If a renewal surprised you, write to us within 14 days of the charge.
Do prices include tax?
Yes, you pay exactly what you see. Polar is our seller of record and handles VAT for your country at checkout.
How do the limits work?
Each thing written for you has its own limit: stories over 7 days, and conversations, checked texts, AI exercises and messages to the assistant by the day. The app mentions a limit only when it is running out, where you start one. Over all of it sits a daily limit on AI replies, which also covers what has no limit of its own, such as each turn of a conversation or a word the dictionary doesn't have yet; the note under the plan comparison lists them. Inside your limits you don't reach it on an ordinary day. Reviews, lessons, reading and looking up a word already in the dictionary are free.
